Tryouts II

How come they can select a club volleyball team after a 2 hour tryout, but it takes 4 DAYS of tryouts to choose one for Junior High?

    Politics. And, club coaches have the advantage of knowing which players are coming to tryouts via the registration----and most are scouting the players during hs vb. Which means, many clubs already have a good idea of about 75% of their teams BEFORE tryouts.
    Jr high.....has the politics to deal with. fun, fun, FUN!
